The purpose of the Future Fisheries Improvement Program is to restore essential habitats for the growth and propagation of wild fish populations in Montana. Program funding may be used for costs of design/build, construction, and maintenance of projects that restore, enhance, or protect wild fish habitat. Funding cannot be used for administration, coordination, overhead, monitoring, assessments, design alone, or contingency.

Landowners, anglers, civic groups, conservation districts, or governmental agencies (other groups and organizations will also be considered).
